Iron Jawed Angels

An HBO movie that tells the story of how a few young suffragists forced President Woodrow Wilson into supporting women’s right to vote (which became a reality only in 1920!). Although the costumes are from the period, the style of filmmaking, and consequently the music, are contemporary. Plus the female cast is beyond awesome.
